All orders takes 1 to 3 business days to process. ( WEEKENDS NOT INCLUDED ) Sales and Holidays may add an extra day due to increase in sales. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. If your email address is incorrect you will not receive any notifications. You should also check your spam folder if you verified that your email was entered correctly. Once your order has been processed and shipped, actual shipping time is 3 to 7 days for USA. International shipping can be 7 to 30 days. If it has been 4 days and you still have not received or found a tracking ( not including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays ) please let us know via email funhousebeautybar@gmail.com During Holidays there may be delays in shipping times that are out of our control, rest assured, we are doing everything we can to deliver your products as fast as we can.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except if you received damaged products. If an item may be considered defective, please email funhousebeautybar@gmail.com indicating your name, order number, and photos/videos of the product. Defective items needs to be addressed within 14 days from the day of delivery. If the product is deemed defective by Funhouse Beauty Bar, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.
Customers are responsible for any return-shipping fee, which is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and will be issued to the person documented on the original order.
